  The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for an outstanding leader to modernize and drive the vision and development of our Next Generation Store Platform. You will be responsible to create the product strategy and architecture of the End to End Store platform product, including building key capabilities with AI and/or machine learning technology to automate and transform the overall management of new store planning and existing store refresh.

  Key Qualifications

  Proven experience (12+ years) in product management, technology development or related roles, with a track record of driving successful initiatives and platform enhancements.

  8+ years in senior leadership role managing sizable teams

  Project experience on Machine Learning modules, algorithm modules, recommendation system or natural language processing programing language of C++, Java, Python, SQL framework with MapReduce, Spark, Hadoop and Hive

  Experience with physical retail/in-store technology management tool a plus.

  Technical knowledge of eCommerce systems and trends, with ability and knowledge to understand how this work, and able to articulate the need from a customer and business lens.

  Creative problem solver with the ability to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box.

  Demonstrated strategic capabilities, clearly able to articulate strategic framework and process

  Demonstrates consistent track record of leadership, teamwork, and delivering high impact results.

  Synthesizes data to enable fact-based decision making to inform strategic and operational recommendations that translate into action.

  Works in highly team-oriented capacity partnering closely with business unit and functional teammates.

  Shows ability to lead cross-functional teams through effective communication and collaboration.

  Embodies self-starter mentality and demonstrates ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

  Description

  Develop and Implement Strategy - Craft a comprehensive strategy for our End to End Next Gen Store platform that aligns with business goals. Evaluate the current technology landscape and architect the future Next Gen store platform. 2. Enhance Business Processes - Find opportunities to streamline and enhance existing business processes to efficiently scale store management operations WW. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration of processes. 3. Team Leadership - Lead and inspire a team of AI product managers, developers and designers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Store Programs, Sales, BPR, IST, to align the Next Gen Store platform with overall business objectives and strategies. 5. Technology and Innovation - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI and machine learning. Identify innovative solutions to enhance physical store platform capabilities and drive competitive advantage.Education & Experience

  Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent (preferred)

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $242,700.00 and $364,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
