  We are seeking an experienced Workplace manager to manage and oversee all workplace-related activities and operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and functional work environment for our employees.

  What you’ll do We seek an exceptional Workplace Manager ready to take our Austin office to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class employee experience by creating a happy and productive environment for our team. You will be critical in ensuring our workplace is safe and functional and fosters productivity and collaboration. Additionally, you can play an essential role in shaping and executing Miro's workplace strategy, including driving excellent service delivery and delivering on our living lab approach.   Help develop and execute Miro’s workplace strategy that aligns with Miro’s overall business objectives and supports our growing Austin hub Take responsibility for the hub experience, working with cross-functional project teams to own hub-related projects, initiatives, and day-to-day execution Communicate effectively with all employees and senior stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service Build and support all aspects of the employee experience, including internal events and programs from the Workplace perspective, focusing on employee engagement and satisfaction Ensure our office spaces are comfortable and functional, and meet the needs of our teams, including coordinating office maintenance processes and liaising with building management as necessary Managing and overseeing all workplace vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality services (SLA’s) are provided Project management, including managing office moves, relocations, program roll-outs, and other workplace-related projects What you’ll need A minimum of =/> 5 years of experience in a similar Workplace manager or Facilities Manager role, with a proven track record of success in managing workplace operations and facilities Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and employee support Ownership and accountability for all workplace-related activities, with a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude What's in it for you 401k matching + Competitive equity package Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits Fertility & Family Forming Benefits Flexible time off Lunch, snacks and drinks provided in the office Wellbeing benefit and WFH equipment allowance Annual learning and development allowance to grow your skills and career Up to $2,000 of charitable donation matches each year About Miro Miro provides a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams of any size to dream, design, and build the future together.
