　　WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

　　We're looking for a driven Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team at Nike's European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium! This role will lead the seamless operations of our workplace services at ELC. The person will manage workplace experience, partners and budgets to ensure a first class employee experience. Our ideal candidate is an outstanding teammate with a project-/operations management track and experience in Facility Management, Employee Services or Hospitality Industry. Someone with a bold ambition to create the workplace of the future!

　　WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

　　In this role you'll ensure high-level employee experience to our athletes at Nike ELC by leading the workplace services such as Workspace planning, Food Experiences, Cleaning and other Campus related facilities. To ensure operational excellence and overall efficiency you will translate the needs of our athletes and organisation to our service partners. You oversee budget as well as handle the relationships, contracts and critical metrics. Responsibilities also include implementing and driving workplace improvements, new processes and programs to increase wellbeing and employee satisfaction. In order to achieve this you gather user feedback and translate this into concrete action plans, short term and long term. You supervise the entire purchasing processes of the services in your range of responsibilities.

　　WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

　　Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you are part of the Workplace Experience Team at ELC and the Global Places and Services Team. This team designs and builds environments for Nike and athletes by investing in locations events, nutrition, sports and mobility.You will work closely with cross-functional partners to provide leadership, manage your internal network and execute workplace initiatives. You will also collaborate with different teams across the organization.

　　WHAT YOU BRING

　　Minimum of 3-years work experience within Facilities Management/ Hospitality Industry/ Workplace ExperienceStrong interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.Ability to work result oriented & collaborate with different internal & external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities together with prioritization skills.A true teammate with relevant network in the workplace industry.
