As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a thriving organisational culture, spanning the seamless operation of our workplace, both physical and virtual. You are the "go-to" person, who wears many hats and pivots seamlessly across every function. Your ability to partner with the HR team is essential, providing support for ad hoc projects and tasks, while also being able to bring events to life-whether celebrating birthdays, fostering monthly connects, promoting volunteering, ensuring health and safety, championing sustainability, or enhancing overall well-being. You have the passion for creating a workplace environment where our people and culture come first.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Workplace Experience:
Manage the seamless operations of our hybrid Coty workplace, including our modern Sydney Head Office and virtual work arrangements, to enhance the overall workplace experience for employees and visitors. Oversee all Office management activities, including coordinating office logistics, with the support of your direct report, the front desk Office Coordinator. Cultivate our Coty culture, including organising and hosting events such as Christmas Party, VIP meetings, Volunteering events, Wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities in general.
Partner with HR:
Immerse new employees into the Coty culture, by being an Onboarding Coty Ambassador. Lead the Onboarding sessions, coordinate training workshops, and support with creating a great employee experience. Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, ensuring a workplace that prioritises wellbeing. Provide general HR support as required.

Your love for working in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships and ability to deliver outstanding results, will make you a great addition to the team. Additionally, you will also have:
3-5 years' experience in a similar People and Culture/ Office Manager role. HR qualification would be highly regarded- this is an amazing opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on driving Workplace Experience, focusing on employee engagement. Strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to build relationships. Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and be adaptable and resilient in the face of a busy and dynamic workplace environment. Highly organised, outstanding time management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and a can-do attitude.
