Description: This position is within the Air Vehicle Integration (AVI) team serving as the Air Vehicle Engineering (AVE) Workforce Staffing lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging directly with Air Vehicle Engineering staffing POCs, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Human Resource (HR) partners to assess workforce needs and facilitate actions that support critical workforce segments.
Tasks include:
• Staffing POC lead for all AVE teams- lead weekly meeting including outlining the agenda and coordinating presenters and topics relevant to the business rhythm
• Serving as the SME for all requisitions across the AVE teams including knowledge of the TA processes and rules for the hiring processes
• Coordination and partnership with the staffing POCs, TA, HR, Hiring Managers, the College and Intern Advisory Board (CIAB), and the Chief of Staff Ops team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for workforce staffing
• Establish and maintain relationships between functional staffing POCs as well as other Business Areas to facilitate placement of community of interest (COI) employees
• Manage placement of employees returning from oversea positions
• Assist with Hiring Event prep as needed for AVE teams
• Developing, managing, analyzing, and communicating various metrics
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working across multiple disciplines, functions, or teams
• Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task
• Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables) and Tableau
Desired Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Project Management experience that demonstrates problem solving/analysis, solution oriented skills
• Team leadership experience
• Experience in Talent Acquisition
• Familiar with Change Management and/or Lean Six Sigma discipline/tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
