Job Description
· Create testing and performance summary reports clearly communicating to management all testing results.
· Collaborate to prioritize defects to be fixed using an understanding of the business requirements and the needs of the customer.
· Partner with Payroll to establish and define detailed test cases and test scripts based on the requirements.
· Review and analyze system specifications to understand the system requirements.
· Serve as Tier 1 Analyst to resolve simple technical issues.
· Update and maintain standard test plans for manual and automated testing, and thoroughly execute when necessary.
· Manage and execute test cases to validate the expected functionality of applications, and thoroughly document results for business units.
Identify, fully document, and report defects.
Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
· High school diploma or GED
· 2+ years of experience writing and executing end-to-end functional and integration Software Testing
Previous test case script Plusses:
· Prior Workforce Management experience
· UKG Payroll System experience
· Timeclock experience
