Role Summary:
The Workforce Management Analyst II in Data Management is positioned to learn and apply skills in the
creation of reports using Power BI. The role requires a basic understanding of Power Query and DAX, with an
opportunity to explore RPA and VBA. The Analyst engages in deductive reasoning to solve problems,
contributing to projects with some guidance. They interface with stakeholders, operate within a professional
framework, and leverage existing knowledge to achieve results.
The role is designed for someone seeking to grow their skills and contribute to the team's success.
Responsibilities include supporting WFM processes, participating in data analysis, and collaborating on
projects to expand WFM practices. The Analyst follows guidelines, seeks assistance when needed, and
adheres to policies while learning and developing within the role.
Skill Set Required:
Basic proficiency in Power BI for report creation.
Familiarity with Power Query and DAX.
Interest in learning and applying RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
Basic understanding of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is advantageous.
Deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work with some guidance.
