  As a Workday Sales Executive, you will increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their needs and provide customized solutions.

  Responsibilities

  Achieving individual sales goal for Workday deployment and optimization servicesSetting and executing sales strategies and leading the development of sales plan targeting new clientsDeveloping and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targetsCollecting and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning processKeeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesConducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales approachShaping the product solutions narrative while delivering best in class solutions to clientsIdentifying suitable value propositions, product solutions, service fits, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue modelsProviding input on pricing decisions striving to sell our value at the highest possible profit marginMaximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com

  Requirements

  Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities. Must sell value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the businessRecognize opportunities to help with growth and expansion while demonstrating great analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstand the various components of Workday technology. Have a broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutionsDemonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite levelUnderstand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructionsBe able to identify and target potential clients on the West Coast5+ years of direct selling experience. Demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in the Cloud solutionsExperience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employeesExperience with Workday deployment and optimization salesPossess a higher level of education or equivalent experience
