We're looking for a Product Manager to:
• provide senior leadership for Client Onboarding for UBS WM Americas and support setting strategic roadmap
• conduct comprehensive reviews of core platforms, policies, and business processes in partnership with key stakeholders
• lead Agile projects and liaise with key internal and external partners to ensure tight alignment and cohesiveness
• oversee delivery for applicable critical program milestones, commitments, and OKRs
• prepare and deliver portfolio updates at all levels within the organization and to industry partners and regulators
• actively manage a comprehensive industry partnership for the delivery of strategic components
• continue to extend our digital onboarding capabilities, including adoption of our digital tools such as eSignature
• oversee and harmonize detailed client and account data strategies and programs

Your team
You'll be working on the Client Onboarding team in Weehawken, NJ, and will be part of a team comprised of internal and vendor resources across different locations.
The Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and our clients. One key component of the team is focused on reimagining the Client Onboarding experience. We work in an Agile environment, and as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement to streamline the account opening and client onboarding process - driving an enhanced client experience, simplify business operations, and enabling business growth.

Your expertise
• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• ideally 10 plus years of experience in Wealth Management
• proven experience in and deep-subject matter expertise of the financial services industry, wealth management, and branch operations and processes
• experience leading and delivering largescale cross-enterprise programs and teams
• highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic
• experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
• ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts including managing relationships with industry partners and other teams
• excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills
• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• strong interpersonal skills - freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively
