Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking experienced leaders to join and support our 777/777X Quality Organization as Wings Senior Quality Manager (Level L) in Everett, WA .
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the enduring value of quality and running the Quality organizational business within Manufacturing Business Units. You will be expected to perform cross-functional problem solving, to innovate with systems level thinking, and to optimize our Production System for improved quality, integrity, and safety. In addition, you have a passion for growing and enhancing teams, first-level managers, and individual contributors to ensure mission/vision alignment from all levels while professionally developing those in your supervisory organization. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to work for Superintendents or the Senior Director, 777/X & Everett Quality based on the statement of work.

Position Responsibilities
Manages employees and first-level managers performing management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems
5+ years of demonstrated effective communication (verbal and written) to communicate with leaders and colleagues
5+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
3+ years’ experience in management or leading teams
3+ years of demonstrated experience using Root Cause Corrective Action methods
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor's Degree
Flexible work schedule; willing to provide all shift oversight including weekends
Emotional resilience for effective leading and coaching
Experience developing & supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle
Experience in developing future Quality Leaders

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: 143,650 – 194,350
