　　Job Summary:

　　PulteGroup Interns will be exposed to various functions within the company. You will have the opportunity to learn basic operations, gain management skills, and develop research techniques and customer service skills, as well as increase knowledge in a variety of key business topics such as profit and loss, and inventory control.

　　Requirements:

　　-Current enrollment in University/College

　　Responsibilities:

　　-Contribute to special projects in support of business development

　　-The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in fast paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn- with a genuine interest in Homebuilding.

　　Required Experience:

　　-Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

　　-Excellent organization skills

　　-Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and In Design all a plus

　　-General business experience

　　-Innovation and strong problem-solving skills

　　-Strong financial and analytical skills

　　-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　-Ability to work independently and collaboratively

　　-Excellent customer service attitude presented internally and externally
