　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Pennoni is currently seeking full-time and part-time AWS Certified Welding Inspectors for off-site fabrication shops that produce bridge and highway products for transportation agencies -- we work regionally AND nationally!

　　Required experience is consistent with, but not limited to: 

　　Inspection of welding, steel fabrication, coatings, expansion joints, bridge bearings, sign structures, bridge beams, drainage structures, and other materialsMonitoring work for compliance with approved shop drawings, standards, and specificationsCommunicating and meeting with fabricators, clients, and engineersProduction of daily written shop reports

　　Required Attributes: 

　　Minimum Education: High SchoolMinimum years of experience: 3AWS Certified Welding InspectorComputer Skills: Microsoft windows and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work well independently and with othersNeed reliable transportation

　　Preferred Attributes: 

　　Coating Inspection experience Non-Destructive Testing [NDT] certifications (e.g.:  UT, MT, PT).Experience performing QA/QC of bridge fabrication.
