Overview
As a Web Operations Expert, you will provide operational level 2 web hosting support for the strategic platform in Deutsche Bank. Another integral part will be to provide support, maintain, and configure a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) based Content Management System based on dotCMS. Additionally designing and implementing automation for manual tasks to further improve operational effectiveness will be part of your role. You will be working as part of a global team with resources in India, Germany, UK, and the US.

What You'll Do
Work as Subject Matter Expert with L1 Support and Engineering teams to coordinate activities to further improve our platforms
Provide level 2 web hosting platform operational support
Review application/platform changes and ensure all mandatory artefacts attached so that risks associated with change are understood and mitigation done
Application Tuning and troubleshooting
Analyze technical challenges to resolve Incidents and Service requests and participate in Incident management/Problem management process including client communication
Skills You'll Need
Experience in Apache based Web hosting support and administration
Experience in GCP SaaS architecture and technology
Experience providing Information Technology support and dealing with business users on support or requirement gathering
Strong UNIX, Linux, Wintel knowledge including Shell scripting and Ansible
Understanding of Web application concepts in clustered environments preferably including knowledge of mod security and mod qos and experience of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and with executive levels. Relationship management skills
Understand support process (as per ITIL) and escalation procedures, become fully conversant with all support tools that will be used to provide effective support like ServiceNow and JIRA
Getting things done in large organizations - understanding of where to use processes and how to build and operate a network
Work across countries, regions, and time zones with a broad range of cultures and technical capability
Ability to prioritize own work and end to end ownership of assigned tasks
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $78,000 to $110,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
