Duties Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and maintains complex applications using modern web technologies and design patterns
Develops unit and integration tests to provide code coverage - accurately testing business logic and functionality.
Participates in discussions to develop technical specifications and user stories
Solves or recommends solutions for complex issues and problems.
Documents designs, issues, solutions, tips, and tricks as needed.
Fosters a team approach to software development and delivery.
Stays current in new engineering trends and technologies to maintain a high level of subject matter expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
3-5 years of experience in front-end development using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
Proficiency in testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, and Enzyme.
Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with component systems and styling libraries like Tailwind and Styled Components
Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java or Kotlin.
Familiarity with micro-frontends with module federation
Ability to triage through production incidents using Cloudwatch, Splunk or Kubernetes logs
Prior experience building and integrating component systems
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
