About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our WIM & Affluent Digital publishing team. The Digital Product Manager will partner with other Product Owners and Marketing partners to help publish content to WIM public sites, RSVP, FA Photos, secure session, and mobile native content to support WIM. This Product Manager will need to understand how to use a component-based content management system to create and modify content on a daily basis, while ensuring each publishing requests follow controls and adheres to ADA requirements.
In this role, you will:Participate in a variety of functions within the digital environmentIdentify opportunity for digital business plans, programs and initiatives within scope of responsibilitiesReview and analyze basic content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product managementExercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situationsExercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the on digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with digital consultants and managers on more complex digital initiatives, including internal/external customers if applicableRequired Qualifications:2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience working with content management systems such as RWS (formerly SDL) Content Management System, Adobe and SharePointExperience with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), basic JavaScript, and JSONAbility to follow process and details to ensure compliance/controls are met.Basic editing and an understanding of accessibility standards, digital accessibility policies, American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesEffective organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing and follow up skillsJob Expectations:Publish content to RWS (formerly SDL) Tridion platform using components to update several public sites/applicationsPublish JSON content for Mobile Native AppWork with a Digital Asset Management system (Akamai) to publish images, audio, and video to support multimedia contentWork with additional Marketing partners to publish new offers and FA Photos.Adhere to compliance, control, and publishing proceduresCollaborate and consult with developers, ADA, Product Owners, Marketing Partners, and stakeholders to accomplish publishing tasksThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be willing to work out of St. Louis, MO approximately 3 days a weekThis position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
