HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
This role will be responsible for liaising with Operations team to review and analyze existing Operations processes to identify areas for improved accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience. Define new features, capabilities, processes, and tools as part of product development across Marcus Deposit/Investment organization.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Deliver projects assigned by Operations Product and Experience Leader Facilitate exploratory meetings with relevant stakeholders to understand operations processes Review and analyze existing processes for efficiency opportunities, understanding end to end time spent and hand offs Work with Product Managers to define product features, requirements and user stories with concise acceptance criteria Work closely with Operations team to review new feature designs and processes. Assist in testing of new features Assist in the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releases. Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by team Collaborate across other product managers to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities and features
Qualifications
1-3 years of Operations experience Proficient in Jira Experience/familiarity with consumer banking products (Checking, Savings, CD, etc.) Experience/familiarity with consumer investment products (brokerage, retirement, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
