Job Overview
Process claims for reimbursement of expenses incurred after performing qualified warranty repairs and factory campaigns on equipment. Maintain complete and accurate records on claim history and accounting activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
Open and close warranty work orders. Compile documentation and create explanation of claim and submit for processing.Review claim tracking system and keep record of outstanding and paid claims. Process credit memos and reconcile claims to the general ledger 10Track factory campaigns and 90 day revisits.Assist managers and staff as requested to assure effective and efficient operations of regionQualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredAssociate Degree or 5+ years experienceFamiliarity with construction and mining equipmentLanguage Skills:Ability to read and comprehend and write instructions, correspondence and memos.
