　　Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am- 4:00pm (weekends as needed).

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Works with internal clients and management staff in evaluating supplies ordering practices across sites to determine consistency, identify best practices, and identify any needed system/process enhancements.Oversee the purchasing process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are delivered on time.Supervise a team of warehousing professionals, providing training, coaching, and mentorship as needed.Works with Strategic Sourcing Specialists to assure sourcing strategies are integrated into tactical procurement activitiesManages data collection and maintenance of reports and records necessary for sourcing analysis and monitors key performance indicators for the Purchasing Group.Manage the purchasing budget, ensuring that expenditures are within budget constraints.Responsible for tactical ordering, inventory replenishment (such as Inventory), and meeting the day to day needs of appropriate Business Units. Responsible for managing specific activities within Purchasing (such as requisition approvals, match exceptions, order acknowledgments, order expediting, phone orders, and order processing). Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained and that purchasing decisions are aligned with business needs.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner.

　　Proven leadership skills, time management and analytical business skills.Demonstrated strong team builder and playerStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills required.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels of organization with diplomacy and tact.Knowledge of material planning, inventory control, materials management.Effective Interpersonal and Customer Service SkillsStrong Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and relevant applications.
