Responsibilities\What you\'ll do:\As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of ourfacility by supervising the day-to-day warehouse and shippingoperations, with a focus on safety, cost efficiency, continuousimprovement of processes, and service. Our Warehouse Supervisor alsocoordinates the receiving, shipping, and material handlingresponsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front-line staff.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:\* Manage the receipt and timely delivery of raw materials to thefacility on a daily basis\* Utilize docks, warehouse layout, and trailer pool to maximize traileravailability while minimize loading time\* Ensure inventory levels of finished goods are minimized via dailytransfers to local Distribution Center\* Provide steady support for production operations by ensuring timelydelivery of raw materials to line operators and efficient processing offinished goods\* Leverage logistics and ERP software to manage and communicate KPIs\* Maintain the inventory system to aid in production planning andscheduling\* Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issuesand reach short- and long-term performance goals\* Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changesand minimizing people impact\* Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with internal andexternal customers\* Manage and maintain PIT equipment program and oversee related safetysystems including adherence to all pertinent OSHA requirements\* Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring,training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel includingthe following key initiatives:\* Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM)\* Zero Zone EHS\* GMP and Food Safety\* Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meetannual operating plan\* Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training\* You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionallylift up to 40 lbs.\* This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipmentoccasionally\* This role requires the ability to work off-shift and weekend workwith some travel (less than 5%)\* Working shift for the position is Sunday - Thursday from 7:30pm to4:00am
Compensation and Benefits:\* The expected compensation range for this position is between\$56,900 - \$95,300 based on a full-time schedule.\* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will beconsidered in setting ctual starting salary.\* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% ofannual salary paid out annually.\* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.\* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefitspackage to support our employees and their families, subject toelections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Healthand Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program(EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined ContributionRetirement Plan.
Qualifications\* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred\* Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred withexposure to Lean Six Sigma\* Your experience with supervising front line staff in aperformance-driven, challenging environment\* Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred\* Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results throughmentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach todecision-making\* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work inthe United States\* Must have a valid drivers license\* Safe driving record strongly preferred
