About the Role

　　Primary responsibility is warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory management including activities as receipt, stocking, replenishment etc.

　　Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you. The shift hours are Friday-Monday 8:00am-6:00pm

　　• Coordination of shipping, receiving, storage and processing of goods. May include im-ports/exports.

　　• Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment and assure inventory accuracy

　　• Inspect and verify material, labels, and documents for completeness and accuracy

　　• Transfer material to proper storage areas

　　• Work with maintenance staff scheduling preventive maintenance for the warehouse equipment

　　• Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and proce-dures.

　　• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast changing work demand.

　　• Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining a low level of quality mistakes

　　• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly

　　• Assisting in the training of new warehouse employees

　　Role Requirements

　　High School diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred.

　　Fluent in speaking / writing in English.

　　Min. 2-3 years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry preferred.

　　The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.10 and $35.53/hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
