Summary:
Meta is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to support the roll out of physical infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse logistics and 3PL support for all data center hardware in North America. The leader will build strong partnerships with various internal business partners, scale the warehouse network, manage escalations, support tooling roll outs, coordinate execution activities and ensure operation efficiency in a fast paced and growing business area. This position is for an experienced professional who can mentor and grow partnerships, operate complex programs, maintain engagement with multiple stakeholders, and envision the future systems and processes to support growing customer needs.Lastly, this role has high visibility and will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operations of $XB+ in inventory.

Warehouse Operations Lead Responsibilities:
Engage with internal customers and gain understanding of their current and future needs. Shape the customer-facing vision of the team and roadmap internal activities in support of the vision
Acts as the focal point of communication with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers at all levels
Responsible for leading logistics vendors’ execution in a manner that is compliant with Meta policies and procedures
Develops, implements, and manages operational and financial Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaboratively influences change within supply chain and external vendors
Develop standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize deployment efficiency. Collaborate with XFN teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize capabilities and develop / scale operational management practices
Support developing and implementing tools, processes and systems for tracking, analyzing, and reporting inventory and other related metrics. Enable effective operational performance & execution across Meta’s multi-echelon supply chain
Assist in meeting Sarbanes-Oxley requirements that apply to operations and inventory control within the warehouse
Perform RCA analysis on discrepancies related to 3PL operations
Develop and maintain standard operational procedures (SOPs) / Dozuki guides that leverage best practices and streamline the global warehouse operations for scalability into new regions while also providing training platforms for new vendors

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or in finance. Other technical education, experience and degrees will be considered based on professional experience
10+ years of experience in warehouse management, 3PL management, supply chain management, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, or other relevant work experience
Demonstrated leadership experience - such as influencing partners, organizations, successful mentoring, supporting growth of other employees and teams, etc
Experience managing outsourced transportation logistics services. Operational experience at a logistics provider and distribution experience
Proven interpersonal and communication skills to bring simplification to complex engagements
Demonstrated experience leveraging data driven models to drive business decisions
Hands on working experience with logistics management systems

Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or MBA
Experience in logistics operations in a global high growth environment
Understanding of relational database structures and systems in order to help move the field analysis to a use automation integration.
Experience handling basic PM responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting).
Knowledge with Oracle or similar ERP, / MRP / TMS systems.
Experience working in/ with the import/ export environment of 3PL/carrier.
Public Compensation:
$140,000/year to $195,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
