  Warehouse - Material Handler Location: LAKEVILLE, MN, United States Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Jan 8, 2024 Job ID: 45703 Job Description Responsible for the execution of required shipping and receiving activities to meet customer requirements and internal measures. Essential Functions: Perform various warehouse duties including, but not limited to: Pulling of product per customer requirements Preparing pulled product for shipment to the customer Processing inbound shipments for appropriate storage Cycle counting and/or physical inventory Use of various types of equipment in the performing of these tasks, including, but not limited to: Various types of fork lifts, including those that go up to 50ft off the ground Automated storage and retrieval systems Automated warehouse management systems (WMS) Use of various computer based programs (Bill of Ladings, small package manifest, PC type applications, mainframe type applications) Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer based program(s) Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures Perform all responsibilities in a safe manner observing all safety requirements Actively support the Corporate Win Strategy Perform other related responsibilities See Warehouse Physical Capacity for full requirements. High school graduate or equivalent Ability to operate various types of assembly equipment, cutting equipment and fork lifts Ability to operate various types of fork lifts Ability to use measuring devices; tape measurer, caliper Perform basic math; convert a decimal to a fraction and plot on a measuring tape Read and interpret written (English) instructions Computer experience a plus Lift 20 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally Be able to go 50ft up in the air on different fork lifts Job requirements include standing, bending, stooping, twisting and climbing stairs and/or ladders See Warehouse Physical Capacity for full requirements.Skills Problem solving skills Ability to work well in teams Strong attention to detail General safety skills Mathematical skills Good housekeeping skills Benefits/Wages Wages: Min: $20.50/hour Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance Life insurance STD, LTD Paid Parental Leave Paid Vacation (10 days) and Paid Sick Leave (5 days) start the first of the year.
