Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the Seattle Convention Center product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products through the execution of standard operational policies and procedures. The Warehouse manager will manage the warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and performance management; achieve financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans for improvement; is responsible for ensuring prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information; and provides and supports safety leadership in the workplace.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $68,000 to $71,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Job Responsibilities
Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure event needs are met at all venues.
Hires and trains new inventory/warehouse employees.
Training, coaches, and performance manages warehouse team members.
Monitors daily workflow to ensure inventories are delivered accurately and on time.
Purchases, tracks, and inventories food and beverage products in accordance with Aramark processes and policies to ensure client needs are met and waste/spoilage is mitigated.
Ensures efficient and timely inventory acquisition and distribution by collaborating and coordinating with department partners.
Maintains and manages electronic inventory in Client?s inventory database.
Manages positive vendor relationships.

Qualifications
The Warehouse Manager reports directly to the Executive Chef.
A successful candidate for the position will possess the following skills and abilities:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organized and detail oriented
Extensive experience managing inventory databases?experience with Ungerboeck / Momentus is a plus.
College degree or 3+ years of relevant inventory management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or later
