Job Title: Warehouse and Equipment Coordinator - JostensPIX

YOU WILL:
Be responsible for assisting with the management of JPIX photo equipment inventory.
Distribute required items to JPIX field employees to ensure the success of seasonal school photo days.
Manage warehouse inventory and maintains database.
Ensure that equipment is received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining an organized inventory system.
YOU HAVE:
Required:
High school diploma or GED
2-4+ years related work experience in in a warehousing and/ or manufacturing environment
Professional communication skills to interact with internal customers
Extremely strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
Working level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Comfort with technology and learning new software applications
A flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
Physically able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
Ability to train others who support during peak weeks
Preferred:
Associate degree in warehouse management
Experience and interest in photography
Working knowledge of high-volume photography equipment
Knowledge of shipping and logistics
Forklift certification
