Job Description Join Visa University and play a key role in ensuring employees at Visa are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for managing the Visa University Learning Portfolio, enabling program prioritization, and overseeing that new learning projects have the team, resources, and gameplan to successfully launch the new learning experiences for employees. You will use your program/project management and Agile expertise to drive these areas forward for Visa University. This role will allow you to be collaborative, strategic, and impactful.

Essential Functions
Manage the Visa University Learning Portfolio by driving focus, speed to market, prioritization, and strategic direction for the roadmap - for new products and product enhancementsManage intake and prioritization alongside Global and Regional Learning LeadersProactively anticipate program conflicts and facilitate the prioritization and resource allocation discussion between VU function headsBridge communication between Global and Regional Learning Leaders for queries about programs in the portfolioEnsure VU Roadmap reflects the current book of work, for one source of truth and transparency across VUPartner with VU colleagues to ensure all active programs are included in the VU Learning Portfolio for transparency to learnersAssemble the Agile Project Team - Consult across VU capability groups to ensure adequate resources are identified and allocated, and projects are off to a great startKeep a pulse on key projects by participating in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review/Demo, or Retrospective meetings) as applicable. Identify and raise any project risks and come up with mitigation options.Liaison with other Portfolio Managers and Program Managers for cross-visibility of the VU portfolio and detailsLead the VU Program Management Community of Practice (CoP) to maximize scalability, consistency, and increase engagement for those interested in and involved with program managementInfluence and lead the cross-functional PM tools and processes, ensuring consistency and utilization across VU for maximum efficiencyLead and coach to help move the VU Agile Transformation forward, for improved teamwork, customer collaboration and value delivered soonerProgram manage one or more VU programs/initiatives
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 147,100.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
