  Job Description

  With 1,000 enterprise customers, 100,000 rated customers and 1M+ screened companies for risk, EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings and a purpose-driven company. Our Solutions department, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, develops scalable products and solutions that enable all companies to effectively measure, manage and continuously improve their sustainable business practices.

  EcoVadis Academy, our digital learning platform for customers, is an integral part of EcoVadis Solution portfolio and is available to both our enterprise and rated customers. Launched in 2021, Academy has been accessed by over 10,000 companies, provides over 50 eLearning courses in 9 languages to guide our customers on a wide portfolio of sustainability topics as well as EcoVadis products. The team is also responsible for our EcoVadis global network of training partners, providing independent support to our customers to complete their assessments and tackle improvement areas.

  EcoVadis seeks to further strengthen its improvement value proposition with a dynamic, tenacious and results oriented leader to drive a team of 5 experts and to collaborate at global level to realize our company’s purpose. The VP of Solution Management - Customer Learning is a direct report to the CSO and will be responsible for our existing products, developing new solutions as well as creating enticing and seamless improvement journeys across our other core product platforms. You will manage the dedicated Academy/Training Partner team and coordinate a larger cross-functional team with stakeholders in all other EcoVadis departments such as Frontline and Marketing.

  Responsibilities

  1. Strategy and virtual P&L responsibility

  Develop strategic plan for ambitious growth, analyzing the very dynamic market, reporting on trends and competition, collecting prospect and customer insights and ensuring executive alignment  Be viewed as industry thought leader and evangelist for improvement solutions with internal and external stakeholdersBe accountable for Academy virtual P&L, setting and monitoring targets, tracking and optimizing costs 2. Solutions development 

  Define the long-term strategy for customer learning and improvement solutions. Build Academy and training partner short-term and medium term roadmap based on the Improvement solution strategyChampion and coordinate Product Management, Product Content, UX, UI to ensure delivery of the Product RoadmapEngage frontline teams, support key client meetings and lead monthly steerco with cross functional representatives to maintain momentum. Address and resolve operational issues with key organizational stakeholders 3. Content development and accessibility

  Own the content strategy. Maintain and develop new content through EcoVadis and 3rd party partnerships with subject matter experts.Create scalable, digitized solutions to provide customized learning programs with our clients to reach their trading partners.Lead by example through product expertise and  a hands on approach to championing change.  4. Daily operations and team management

  Manage a team of LMS administrators and ensure operational issues e.g. user management, content access etc. are proactively managedLead a team of 5 including setting semester goals, driving weekly objectives, ensuring team member growth and happinessLeadership, management and coaching of your direct team. Qualifications Experienced senior leader with department and P&L accountability as well as insightful performance reporting.Learning domain and development experience, including certification, from an Edtech or LMS environment. Docebo LMS knowledge is helpful but not essential.Experience in leading teams: both dedicated team members and cross-functionalBalanced strategic and operational approach, comfortable to adopt a hands on management style.Understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to pursue new and unprecedented opportunities, pushing beyond “the known”, taking bold stepsCulturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders across geographies and working styles.Clear and engaging presentation and communication style.Troubleshooting: ability to resolve issues by diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.Business related degreeExperience in sustainability with knowledge of supply chains and procurement is a plus Additional Information Our growing team in Spain is full of talented professionals from various fields who all share a desire to make sustainability real.
