Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, Sales Optimization is responsible for defining, developing and implementing key initiatives and process improvements that deliver a more connected, cohesive, and streamlined experience throughout the provider lifecycle. This role will partner with key stakeholders across platforms and functions to design and implement innovative solutions aligned to the Health & Wellness growth strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:
Proactively identify strategic opportunities to enhance the sales process and improve the interaction with key customers throughout their lifecycle.
Partner with leaders across platforms to develop and implement contemporary sales solutions that meet customers where they want to be.
Execute transformational projects related to commercial initiatives including sales tool optimization, process improvement, performance management, and strategic accounts.
Lead platform efforts to define and prioritize capabilities and enhancements needed in Salesforce.com to support the sales cycle, improve organizational effectiveness, enhance provider engagement, and drive growth.
Provide leadership and project management for key sales initiatives, including change management associated with improvement efforts.
Actively engage with Salesforce Effectiveness Team, RAPID and other functional teams to design and deliver initiatives that support the Health & Wellness sales strategy and drive growth.
Serve as a resource and key team member on various project teams, leveraging knowledge of the sales cycle and business strategy to drive transformative change.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with functional leadership, enterprise partners, and key business stakeholders.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience with demonstrated success leveraging it to drive sales productivity and growth.
Minimum of 3 years of experience effectively managing multiple projects at once and building and leading strong cross-functional teams.
Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging and communicating with senior leaders.
Desired Characteristics:
Salesforce Certified Strategy Designer with demonstrated knowledge of how to use design methods to create strategies that drive business outcomes using the Salesforce Platform.
Ability to provide strategic leadership and vision across a developing landscape.
Proven wing-to-wing project management experience with the ability to build and lead strong, diverse teams and deliver results.
Technically savvy with experience working on technology-related projects; system oriented.
Cross-functional experience with a track record of leading in a matrix environment and influencing key decision makers.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
Ability to navigate and lead through complex business challenges and achieve well designed customer centric solutions.
Strategic thinker; innovative problem solver; collaborative leader; self-starter.
Leadership experience managing and developing direct reports.
Prior experience in a Sales role, preferably within healthcare or financial services.
Grade/Level: 12
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
