The Data & Marketing Group plays a central role in the Paramount Streaming Division, responsible for Consumer and Growth Marketing as well as and Data and Insights for Pluto TV & Paramount+. The Central Project Management Office serves as the premise (with the combination of project-, and program management) for supporting the organizations diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+ and Pluto TV. We are at the cross-section of several disciplines, including Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production & Operations, Content Strategy, Data and Insights, Video Monetization and Ad Operations, Podcasts, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services and more, all anchored around our Paramount+ subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service.We seek an authority and impactful program manager who can run highly complex data-led programs in a fast-paced environment through applying precision tracking, initiative, and creativity. This strong and highly motivated leader must have a deep perspicacity of data and analytics, including the technical aspects of Site-, Product-, Marketing, and Data tools development across platforms and different business models (e.g. AVOD, SVOD). This VP will also be fluent in digital-, and creative marketing, as this role requires a unique set of multi-disciplinary expertise.The VP Project Management will develop a team of Program and Data & Insights Project Managers and guide our teams to deliver complex and matrixed, data-led programs that are on time, on budget, bring about value, and will also work multi-functionally across disciplines (i.e. Product & Technology Project Management, Business Intelligence & Marketing Analytics, Measurement Operations, Data Management & Engineering, Market and Audience Research, Product, Technology, Consumer-, and Creative Marketing (Domestic & International), Marketing Acquisition & Campaign Services, Promo Operations, and Streaming leadership), and will be a key member of the PMO helping to own the Program-, and Project Management team in a dynamic organization that drives growth across our streaming businesses. The role knows what it takes to lead large and complex data programs, involving multiple partners and a team with varied strengths of collaborators taking a program from its inception to delivery, incorporating iterative methodologies.
Lead and guide a team of Program and Project Managers with a focus on continuous development and process improvement
Partner with strategic leadership across Data & Marketing disciplines and streaming businesses (Pluto TV & Paramount+) on launching a high volume of large scale, cross-platform data-focused programs
Run a growing funnel of highly visible programs from inception to launch, including reporting, liaising and handling resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and rollout.
Underpin planning and execution against priorities and roadmaps
Serve as the principal conductor, guiding initiatives, programs, and objectives to deliver against bold timelines and risks
Partner with project managers, product owners, analysts, managers and engineers to ensure successful delivery against complex programs
Conduct performance reviews and set goals for collaborators
Prepare and orchestrate plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs, and act as liaison between multi-functional teams (Product, Marketing, BI and Data) to drive end-to-end execution of programs
Effectively apply development methodology and implement project standards
Minimize partner concern of risk to programs by clearly communicating potential risks at every stage
Ensure completion of documents that remain current and organized
Take ownership of program scope, risks, and issues, driving them to resolution in an expeditious manner
Be available as necessary to solve urgent issues and to remove impediments for the teams
Be a thought-leader, constantly improving how we work, championing a positive culture, both for your team and the wider business unit, and through working with other Project Managers within the PMO to help champion productivity methodologies throughout the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/ BS in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field. Technical background required
10+ years program management with an attested understanding of SDLC
Project management experience on large scale websites (preferably streaming content) and/or vendor based solution provider of enterprise technology initiatives
10+ years project management
7+ years of general people management responsibilities in streaming and/or data management in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Showcased ability to translate complex and technical concepts into specifications leading to tangible yields
Illustrated experience directing a team, with an established ability to coach and providing transformation guidance
Deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban and other methodologies) including the ceremonies of backlog grooming, standups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives
Self-motivated, creative, deadline enthusiastic, relentless about effective communication and delivering quality results required.
A bag of project planning tools, tricks and processes for road-mapping, planning, Gantt, yet all the while fostering iterative processes and feedback turning points
Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Airtable, Google suite, Slack, and an ability to whip up a presentation or program plan when needed
The candidate must hold themselves accountable for the success of the program, drive prioritization, and be able to change tasks quickly & communicate changes efficiently based on shifts in priorities or urgent deadlines
Passion for and knowledge of interactive technology and platforms required
Authentic experience forming effective relationships to get results
Good communication-, status sharing-, and interpersonal skills.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of video streaming products on Mobile, Desktop, OTT and SmartTV platforms
PMP Certification or similar Program/Project Management certification
Experience with heavily matrixed organizations
Proficiency and general understanding of development software

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $176,800.00 - 250,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
