　　We are seeking a VP of Human Resources Information Systems with senior experience to deliver high quality products and results. 

　　Responsibilities

　　As the VP of HRIS, you are a jack of all trades and you will report directly to the CTO/CIO. You will be heavily focused on product, operations, and exceptional delivery surrounding an internal career marketplace platform.

　　Responsible for the end-to-end application delivery to all stakeholders.Make necessary product feature improvements and deploy quality solutions.Present updates internally and to customers, while working cross-functionally with other departments.Oversee and lead 3rd party vendors and 3-4 internal direct reports.Strategically plan how to implement SaaS vendors.Continuously stay in the know of cutting edge technologies and keeping up with HR technology trends.

　　Qualifications

　　A successful VP of HRIS will have a deep understanding of human capital management including applicant tracking, talent management, and competitors in the HRIS space. 

　　Must have 7+ years of relevant experience and has worked on a lean team in a startup environment.Must have a background working with human resources systems and human resources operations.Involvement in building HR technology around talent acquisition and talent management.Understands full SDLC and possesses an engineer and application developer's mindset. Understands startups and non-profit organizations with the ability to pivot and be flexible to changes.Has exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Bonus if you have experience with Tableau, IBM cloud for data infrastructure, and have worked as a Sr. product leader.
