DaVita Integrated Kidney Care is currently seeking a Vice President ofNational IKC Operations and Transformation Support. This Vice President willmanage a portfolio of responsibilities including: leadership of national,non-clinical support functions across Local and Central clinical teams;responsibility for integration-specific projects, integration oversight andPMO activities related to the unified model of care; and support for the IKCCOO. In addition, this role will lead IKC Contact Center project,including enhancing our technology to provide telephonic care to patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Vice President of National IKCOperations and Transformation Support
Lead National, Non-Clinical Support Functions including but not limited toIKCA, VHES and CSS teams. Work to establish objectives, goals,deliverables & service standards.
Lead Integration-Specific Projects including but not limited to:Atlas / Support team assessment & recommendationsOversight of development of the new onboarding & trainingOversee the ops implementation playbook coordination across VBEs, CKCC,Commercial, SNP programsSupport Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) on development &deployment of their dyad support modelManage process to resolve exceptionsDefine and deploy Palmer support modelOther projects or support as needed
Provide Integration Oversight & PMO to key areas including but not limited to:Manage key activities to agreed upon timelineCoordinate appropriate delegation to resources to ensure qualityrecommendationsSurface key risks, recommendations & decisions via the established PMOstructureOversee the development of the "transition playbook" in close coordinationwith communication teamSupport for IKC COO & SVP IKC Operations in ways such as:Coordinate with Chief of Staff on establishing effective management process/ alignment with goals & metrics
Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's required, MBA highly preferredDemonstrated track record of successful fiscal and operation management;demonstrated financial expertiseDemonstrated experience in planning and managing at operational levelsAdvanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel; intermediate skillsand proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Power Point.Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion andjudgementDialysis experience preferred
