The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Global MuleSoft Solution Engineering, you will be responsible for running a 75-person Solutions Specialist organization encompassing Specialist SE's and Strategic Architect teams covering AMER for MuleSoft.
You will be a key member of the MuleSoft Solutions Engineering leadership team and instrumental in supporting large strategic deals, where MuleSoft is striving to deliver a large business transformation to its customers while demonstrating a commitment to Salesforce's core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability.
Core to your role will be leading an organization at scale to drive business in MuleSoft's largest market. Your ability to work closely with the various Sales, Success, Product, and Solutions leaders within the different AMER MuleSoft Operating Units, as well as with your peers within Specialization, will be critical in driving a high degree of customer success through clean engagement models and seamless collaboration. Your teams will be instrumental in scaling their domain expertise across the MuleSoft AMER Operating Units via various enablement, owning various strategic initiatives and other programs.
Pivotal to your success will be your ability to scale our architect and specialist teams who are subject matter experts across our AMER business. As we continue to evolve and broaden our portfolio of solutions your role will be to continue to re-imagine / refine the role of Specialist SEs and how they engage with the broader account team. Additionally, you will lead the Strategic Architect team to ensure they partner closely with MuleSoft and Core Sales & Solutions leaders to drive Big Deal growth and innovative programming.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership and a track record of building and leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with MuleSoft and Core Sales and Solutions leadership to support and drive MuleSoft's transformation value proposition to the most strategic accounts and deals, in a consultative selling approachEnsure the team is constantly leveraging its complementary skill set to design a compelling solution for the Customer's successManage, balance, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of MuleSoft Subject Matter Experts with a varied and complementary set of skillsBuild and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating deeper within accountsWork closely with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans to drive our strategic vision to get us to our FY25 planHire, develop, and retain world-class talent and manage performance to ensure career growth opportunities and effective succession planningPartner with MuleSoft Solutions leadership to develop approaches to scale specialization and expertise into new commercial segmentsEmbody Salesforce values and provide exemplary leadership
