  About the Role:

  Join GoodRx, a leading healthcare and technology company, as a data-driven leader in the field of value measurement. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our efforts to quantify the impact of our services, craft compelling pre-sales materials, and refine audience profiling. Your expertise in Digital product analytics, ROI analysis and patient journey mapping will be instrumental in driving our growth and success by creating compelling insight to drive the business.

  As the Vice President of Analytics, Product Performance and Customer Analytics - you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that shape our analytics strategy and decision-making processes.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and develop a high-performing team of experts to deliver data-driven insights that drive our business's growth.Define and implement strategies for measuring the value generated by our services, ensuring that our efforts are well-aligned with our objectives.Craft persuasive pre-sales materials that communicate the benefits of our solutions and help us secure new business opportunities.Conduct detailed audience profiling to understand our customer base and tailor our marketing efforts effectively.Apply advanced ROI analysis to assess the performance of our marketing initiatives and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.Oversee the measurement and reporting of campaign performance, ensuring that data is accurately collected, analyzed, and communicated to stakeholders.Understand advertising measurement, attribution and supporting models to optimize our strategies and allocate resources effectively.Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and a strategic partner.Prepare insights that drive decision-making and support strategic planning.Leverage product analytics to understand user behavior and drive product enhancements.Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experience and conversion rates.Harness BI insights to inform data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  Qualifications:

  To excel in this high-impact role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Data, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Healthcare).Extensive experience, ideally over 15 years, in data analytics, value measurement, and audience profiling within the healthcare or technology industry.Strong knowledge of statistics for data interpretation and modeling.Experience in pipeline management to ensure data flow and integrity.Proficiency in data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.A proven track record of creating persuasive pre-sales materials and delivering ROI-driven results.Preferentially, digital healthcare experience is a plus.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide your team.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.A willingness to travel as needed to meet our business goals.

  At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

  San Francisco Office:

  $283,000.00 - $452,000.00

  New York and Seattle Offices:

  $260,000.00 - $415,000.00

  Santa Monica Office:

  $236,000.00 - $377,000.00

  Other Office Locations:

  $212,000.00 - $339,000.00
