This role alsooversees the Learning & Development efforts in North America. Theincumbent works in close collaboration with several other departmentsacting as a subject-matter-expert on HR data accuracy, integrity, andconfidentiality. Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day activities ofthe organizations HR, Payroll, and Time systems for North Americaincluding data integrity, reporting, and security. Ensure HR databaseand multiple interfaces integrity and accuracy, managing the day-to-dayentry and the development of audit reports and processes for duediligence. Assure system configuration aligns with HR strategies anddescribed processes. Maintain key relationships with key stakeholders onfuture platform and functionality requirements.
