Job Description
*3 openings for 3 different locations! Candidates must reside in one of the following locations to be considered:
-Memphis, TN/North MS (Southhaven, Oxford, Tupelo, Pontotoc, etc.)
-Hattiesburg, MS
-Mobile, AL/Panhandle of FL
Responsible for the installation, testing, turn up troubleshooting of VoIP equipment and maintaining all databases associated with the VoIP product offerings. Maintain current network and equipment as well as design and implement new voice offerings. Be proficient in VoIPand TDM voice services.
Install and maintain voice and data equipment in customer locations.
Maintain equipment used in VoIP network. Maintain corporate IP phone network.
Work closely with other technical personnel to maintain the networks integrity.
Work with customers to resolve any troubles and be proactive in trying to eliminate outages.
Work with customers, vendors and other companies to test new products and maintain current network.
Cross train with other employees.

Skills and Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent educational experience required.
Two years work experience in the telecommunications or data industry with experience in VoIP and TDM engineering required.
Must have strong communication skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment. Experience in routing Voice over IP traffic. null
