Role Summary
As a VOC Data/Business Analyst you will support all aspects of the VOC program, from generating and visualizing insights (e.g., reporting, dashboards) to developing internal processes and engagement by working with our partners across the Business. This role will be responsible for interpreting, documenting, socializing, testing and managing delivery on all VOC related business requirements. You will work with partner teams to execute against the business requirements and ensure requirements are met. Also, to interpret and present data findings. Strong analytical and communication skills are required as you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders including partner organizations and the VOC Steering Committee.

Strong communicator, problem solver, and critical thinker. Base Pay Range
Costa Rica
Base Pay: CRC 27,200,000.00 - 37,400,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
