Job Description
Space Planning-Support the planning and execution of office space layouts and configurations on the TRIRIGA system.-Conduct assessments of existing office spaces to optimize utilization and efficiency.-Collaborate with Space Reps to understand space requirements and recommend adjustments.-Standardize and automatically space processes.Building Management-Manage and review the building projects of the CSA (Construction, Structure, and Architect).-Involve in CSA projects to audit, quality assurance, and document controls.-Handle other administrative tasks such as capturing meeting minutes, booking meeting rooms, keeping track of purchase orders, managing storage inventory, etc.-Audit building maintenance, Landscaping, and cleaning vendors' service weekly/monthly.Documentation and Reporting:-Manage and maintain the vendor's monthly and weekly reports.-Highlight and compile the highlighted activities for the monthly team report.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
3rd or 4th year university undergraduate, majoring in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.Ability to commit to at least a 6-month internship and expected graduation date (including temporary graduation) is after July 2024.Excellent overall English skills.
Other qualifications:
Experience in Autocad, Tririga, copywriting, and customer service is preferred.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Smartsheet is a plus.Creative, proactive and tech-savvy.
