VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER

In an effort to reinforce the business and the desirability of Luxury Skincare, Makeup and Fragrance brands, we seek a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead Visual Merchandising initiatives across Luxury Skincare, Makeup and Fragrances. Along with the Visual Merchandising Director and Sr. Manager, this person will play a key role in providing strategic commercial guidance to deliver projected Net Revenues Growth and Market Share Gain worldwide.
The Visual Merchandising Manager will work with the affiliates to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality launch and activations programs.
The Visual Merchandising Manager will report primarily to the Visual Merchandising Director with a strong collaboration with the entire Visual Merchandising team.
The Visual Merchandising Manager is a well-experienced Project Manager with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, extreme flexibility in project flow, tracking multiple deadlines, working with multiple vendors, and delivering projects in full and on time.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Implementing clear team and department objectives, in an in-person and remote environment. Guide team members while providing constructive feedback to lead to aligned project delivery. Owning Visual Merchandising projects: Including but not limited to: Updating timelines, deliverables, and deadlines for up to the moment accuracy for all open project to ensure all deadlines are met on time and in full. Managing design direction/approval/production/delivery for all instore visual programs across all categories Joining weekly internal meetings prepared with weekly project status updates Creating Co-Marketing decks per project for new VM projects; route through US and Global Partners for approval Partnering with Sales and Brand teams to create quarterly planograms across all categories Leading the Purchase Order creation, tracking of budgets/expenses for VM projects across all Retailers as it relates to cost distribution by vendor, monthly & seasonal financial reports, and collaboration with external & internal Finance and Business partners for any additional needs Collaborating with Global Brand teams to ensure all US Market specifications and guidelines are followed so correct US adaptations will be met Addressing inquiries from the Field Sales teams in relation to repairs, updates, and maintenance for instore presentations Ordering and allocating all seasonal displays for Department store Luxury installations Partnering closely with the Global teams for all graphic, product and visual files Maintain visual library of all instore photos referencing: Planogram updates, Visual Weeks, Holiday and KCP photos Building strong relationships with internal and external teams including Sales, Brand, Merchants, Store Operations and Suppliers, to ensure clear communication is consistently shared Owning special projects including on or off-site events relating to Luxury Brands Ability to prioritize, solve and close issues- Formulate action plans quickly and implement solutions effectively through critical decision-making Keep all projects on track through clear timelines, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:
Must be detail-oriented and well organized.- Self motivated with excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills including the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and details. Undergraduate degree required 5+ years of Project Management experience Familiar with millwork standards, technical drawings and construction Self-entrepreneurship, self-motivation Multi-task, prioritize and manage complex projects across teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills Clear understanding of the Merchandising process and Retailer organization/distribution Ability to be agile and nimble with ever shifting priorities Well-developed emotional intelligence and common sense Enhanced communication skills Enhanced organizational skills
Desirable:
Project Management and Retail, Cosmetic/Fragrance/Skincare industry knowledge preferred Must be autonomous, decisive, with a strategic thinking

Base Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000
