As the Visual Merchandising Project Manager for Lux Temporary UK National, you will play an integral role in managing the visual brand identity and execution excellence for the Luxury division.
A credible, experienced, ambitious and creative mind, who can operate within the beauty field.
A strong communicator with excellent skills to collaborate with key stakeholders ensuring the UK market needs are met to deliver best in class in-store.
This role will require strong interaction skills, working closely with the UK Marketing, Sales, Finance and Global teams internally, also project managing and developing relationships with our external Suppliers and Retailers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations exceeded.
You must have experience working across key UK retailers.
As the Visual Merchandising Manager for Luxury Brands, you will oversee the end-to-end management of instore temporary activations.
You will be responsible for leading projects, whist ensuring you deliver on-time and within budget.
The Visual Merchandiser role requires both project management skills and creative skills, with a good eye for detail.
The role takes place in a multi-functional environment, with a key focus on Sustainability.
Your mission :
Management of UK National Luxury Temporary projects Budget owner responsible for A&CP forecasting and planning Responsible for accurate Purchase Order tracking Think creatively and develop new design concepts, whilst pushing global guidelines Supply accurate Creative Briefs to designer focusing on minimising costs and driving efficiencies Prepare designs and present your ideas to the wider team Amend final designs to global comments and gain full approval Confident stakeholder management Manage projects within the agreed deadlines, budget constraints and deliver assets developed in collaboration with Marketing teams. Lead the collaboration with the suppliers from creative brief to production. Support the delivery of monthly merchandising guidelines to the wider team, to ensure instore excellence. Develop strong relationships with retailers to ensure best in class locations and executions. Responsible for forecasting global items for launches. Ensure high quality standards for all work. Communicate with marketing to ensure merchandising solutions result in a cohesive brand message and positive brand experience for all customers. Integrate Sustainability as a key driver in all visual merchandising. Zero waste mindset. Act as a brand ambassador to establish fruitful relationship with retailers building trust on Coty's VM department to smooth and accelerate approval processes. Be externally focused, look at what direct competition of Beauty brands are doing in-store to make the shopper experience the best it can be Reporting to and working closely with the Lux Temp Leader

Technical skills
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with a strong level of complexity and a wide range of partners. Knowledge of retailers in order to design the brand guidelines and enable their implementation in the markets. Technical knowledge about materials and production techniques Able to read and draw Technical/ Manufacturing drawings Strong power point skills to create outstanding presentations in short notice Experience in fragrance or cosmetics Knowledge on Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
