About Visual Content Manager, Events, Transportation Partner Experience (TPX)

  Description

You? You’re an experienced visual storyteller, with an eye for managing and delivering bar-raising event content, and you’re looking to join a fast-paced team that will feed you consistent opportunities to flex that creative muscle. Us? We’re Amazon’s Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) team. We support and advocate for Amazon’s global network of delivery partners, and we’re looking for a customer-obsessed Creative Producer to bring our communications strategies to life across several bespoke communications channels.

Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week, for retail customers all across the world. The TPX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners, communicating business critical information and program updates. This role will support communications efforts for both “community” types (DSP and AFP audiences) by driving production of bespoke, bar-raising multimedia content for a variety of platforms (digital community, live events, etc).

The Visual Content Manager, Events role is best fit for a creative leader that can work both independently and collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional business teams. The ideal candidate can pivot and evolve content needs in a fast-paced, event environment, ensuring stakeholders’ messaging needs are met while prioritizing the customer experience. Rockstars in this role must possess strong presentation, communications, and project management skills in order to prioritize and deliver against multiple, competing priorities.

  Key job responsibilities

In this role, key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to adopt event visual brand identity and language into keynote and breakout presentation archetypes

  • Participate in weekly script check-ins with speaker teams and TPX content-owners to stay abreast of script development and desired messaging

  • Work closely with the Head of Global Event Content to translate complex, technical business content into visually compelling keynote and breakout presentations

  • Own end-to-end relationship with 3P presentation design agency, ensuring that all keynote and breakout presentations meet communicated development milestones and adhere to event visual brand identities

  • Lead presentation design calls with content teams and 3P design agency

  • Advise speaker and content teams on how to best position and highlight scripted content for maximum audience engagement

  • Manage the content revision process, acting as a go-between for content teams and design agency to ensure that all content changes are reflected in presentation, and ensure that content teams are accessing the most up-to-date versions

  • Quality Control (QC) presentation decks on-site and direct agency on necessary corrections or changes

  • Assist the Creative Director on other partner-forward, design related opportunities

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
