We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager with a strategic mindset to become an integral part of our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team. This role will be responsible for building the Deal Desk function. Collaborating closely with cross functional team to identify and simplify process and identify opportunities to make is easier to buy and easier to sell.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive initiatives to simplify processes, optimize quote-to-cash procedures, and enhance our deal policies, making a real impact on our productivity and efficiencyCollaborate with Sales to analyze deal structures and develop deal strategy, applying a client-centric mindset and ensuring alignment with company goals.Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering and other teams to review deal approvals and implement best-in-class deal processes.Equip our sales teams to navigate complex deals by providing training and guidance on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal desk processes.Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Products, Pricing, Finance, Legal, etc.) to expedite the review/approval processSystems expertise to automate and simplify the deal flow and deal validation processesMeasure deals desk effectiveness and efficiency (based on external benchmarks and best practices) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a smoother, easier and frictionless experience

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8+ years of relevant Deals Desk/Sales Operations/Finance experience working in Enterprise software / SaaS industry with progressive track record.Proficiency in complex deal structuring (for software license, services and renewal deals) and advising on booking and revenue recognition implications.Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ and other sales related systems including pricing, data enrichment toolsDetail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills - comfortable with ambiguity and adept at solving problems creatively;Comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction.Outstanding communication skills and ability to clearly contextualize data insights.Proactive and self-motivated to identify and solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.Ability to drive strategic insights and business recommendations; sound business judgment and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
