Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality video content for various platforms including our website, social media, events, and other channels.
Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content that tells a compelling story, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategy.
Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, communication professionals, and external agencies where needed.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing, from pre-production to post-production.
Offer creative input and be updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Ensure all videos adhere to strict content and quality guidelines.
Regularly maintain and update equipment, software, and other tools.
Assist with on-site live streams or broadcasting as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in videography, film studies, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional videography experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proficiency with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Experience with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as necessary.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $57,120.00-$85,680.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
