Overview

You will collaborate across the team with executive producers, producers, editors, and other departments and external vendors to perform, maintain, and improve the operational processes that underpin the Team's work.
You'll be responsible for maintaining relationships with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and production talent; researching new talent; documenting production processes; using project management and business operations software to move projects forward and track production timelines; and assuring team compliance with Esri's financial and legal processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
Use project management software to maintain, track, and facilitate the video production pipeline; and create project status reports for executive producer and department team leads Host weekly production coordination meeting with all team members Document team production policies and processes, and suggest ways of improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Gather, document, and process documentation required for Esri corporate budget approval of video team productions and activities Collaborate on the maintenance of vendor database, process and track vendor contracts, and research potential new vendors (Examples of vendors include audio library and video stock companies, freelance creative talent, and creative production companies.) Support team technical operations by generating IST equipment orders and support tickets Support team writer and executive producers in executing technical aspects of publishing a monthly e-newsletter Support team archival specialist with digital video asset library maintenance and help track licensing agreements relating to video assets Help support day-to-day production tasks as needed and requested by the Video team's line producer Serve as a point of contact for internal Esri teams on matters of timelines and other operations activities
Requirements
2+ years of operational experience within a creative production or marketing environment and a Bachelor's degree Experience using project management/workflow tools, such as Workfront and Asana Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to form strong working relationships with other teams across the organization Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team setting, independently, and on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments Strong creative problem-solving skills
Recommended Qualifications
Experience working collaboratively with creative teams Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications applicable to video production Working knowledge of the video production process Experience managing digital media assets

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$68,640 - $114,400 USD
