　　ABOUT THIS ROLE:

　　The Content Fellows will participate in a comprehensive rotational program designed to cultivate talent, foster creativity, and drive innovation within our Content Team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a strong passion for video editing and production, and seek continuous learning and growth.

　　Must live in Austin, TX or the surrounding area.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Collaborate with seasoned Content Team mentors (AtmosPEERs) to gain insights into content creation processes and best practices.Participate in an immersive onboarding program to familiarize oneself with the intricacies of content development, including video editing, production techniques, and creative ideation.Engage in weekly one-on-one sessions with dedicated peers for skill-focused project guidance and mentorship.Contribute to a series of 90-day project-based assignments aimed at bringing fresh perspectives to different areas of content creation, rotating through various teams within the Content division.Assist in identifying and curating world-class content for our channels, ensuring high-quality entertainment offerings.Dive into video editing and production for key channels like Chive TV, Happy TV, and Superhuman TV, enriching content through creative editing techniques and innovative storytelling.Play an active role in conceptualizing, developing, and producing new shows and segments for our top channels, focusing on audience engagement and entertainment value.Explore the realm of Interactive Content, collaborating with leadership to pioneer new and engaging content formats.

　　REQUIREMENTS:

　　Current students and recent graduates with a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field looking for part time work.Strong passion for video editing, content creation, and a desire to innovate within the entertainment industry.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and familiarity with production tools and techniques.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Proactive mindset with a keen interest in learning, adapting to new challenges, and contributing innovative ideas.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
