Overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, results-oriented executive to lead our global Strategic Enterprise Partners (SEP) group. SEP leads transformational partner development initiatives and forms the connective tissue across Intuit's largest partnerships (Intuit's top 75 global financial institution partners and enterprise partners), driving a cross-Intuit mindset and a singular vision for the strategic partners anchored to Intuit's Big Bets. The VP of SEP owns the strategy and execution for the top Intuit enterprise partners globally. The VP will ensure we have a One Intuit view to all key enterprise accounts, drive customer and revenue impact across the ecosystem, and be the single point of contact for key partners at Intuit. The ideal candidate will bring broad strategic thinking, proven partnership development and management skills, and the ability to drive results internally and with external parties. The VP of SEP has a significant impact on Intuit's results by developing and executing innovative partnerships that drive breakthrough customer benefit and material growth, driving ongoing relationships with top partners across the Intuit platform, and expanding data partnerships that fuel our AI-Driven Expert Platform.
What you'll bring
10+ years of large-scale strategic partnership experience, including innovative growth partnerships, go-to-market strategies and co-creation of experiences with strategic partners. Demonstrated strength managing a large-scale, strategic partnerships organization with ability to scale, including across multiple geographies.Proven track record of developing and delivering successful, innovative partner strategies that translates into new customer acquisition and revenue growth.Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key enterprise partners to accelerate growth and customer benefit with our Partnership Community.Possess strong strategic thinking, outstanding business acumen, and operational rigor to solve customer and partner problems at speed and deliver cross-Intuit initiatives at scale.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and lead across all levels of the organization and functions.Experienced at building a high-performance organization and inspiring, leading and developing members of the team.Strong bias for action with the ability to balance short and long term priorities, and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
