Your Team & Role
As the Vice President of Security Advisory of COO, CDO, AMFMCT you will partner with product owners, senior management, and security professionals to mitigate risks and enhance the security postures of information systems and data assets. You will be at the forefront of the Information Security Office's mission, overseeing subject matter security expertise, event support, strategy and advisory. As a technical expert, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Develop and implement an enterprise-wide security strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance, analysis, and support during security incidents and eventsProvide expert guidance and recommendations on security decisions and initiativesDevelop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with business objectivesEnsure that the security strategy is communicated effectively across the organization, promoting awareness and understandingSupport the development of security policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring their effectiveness with organizational needsCoordinating and providing feedback to the ISO on Information Security Control standard revisions; communicating changes accordingly
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fieldsStrong understanding of BU/CF business and operating models, strategic priorities, and supporting technologyProficient knowledge of user authentication and access controls including SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, RACF, Windows, UNIX, ITIM/TAM is preferredWorking experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with particular focus on areas related to information securityConsultative skills, ability to form solid relationships and read the pulse of the organization to facilitate decision-making at multiple levelsSelf-confident, willing to challenge status quo, trustworthy and high integrityAbility to make connections from information and unite people by synthesizing issues and translating them into tangible action plansDemonstrated ability to influence with comfort and ability working between organizational structures to effect significant change, self-starter comfortable working independently and within a team environmentAbility to create, communicate, and execute on a strategic vision and purpose to influence and effect change and maintain forward momentum

The salary range for this role is from $175,500.00 to $237,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
