Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Leader to join our team based in the Europe Region reporting to Senior Vice President, Global Field Operations & Strategy. The Europe Operations Leader is accountable for the overall direction and operations of our sales and customer delight organization. Creating a culture of customer obsession, high performance and high-quality throughput. This position requires an experienced business leader who has a track record in building effective teams, has demonstrated successful collaboration, and possesses a unique blend of process and strategic capability.

Will act as a thoughtful unbiased partner to the European senior leadership team to ensure the right strategy focus and operational discipline is applied regionally. You work in an ever-changing environment where every day brings ambiguously defined problems, new challenges and new opportunities. You are able to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution and solid cross-functional collaborative results-oriented work. S/he will have a combination of intelligence, experience, confidence, humility, and a strong work ethic.
Design and implement standards of accountability for the organization that can be used to focus, guide and set high standards of performance for others in order to achieve business results.Implement policies, target performance metrics, capacity models, and resource allocations for the Sales, Success, and Services teams.Co-Direct the Global Deal Acceleration and Renewals Desk, and act as a key stakeholder in setting internal application (e.g. Salesforce) requirements.Work alongside regional leaders to manage global forecasts and ensure delivery of the company's plan for revenue and retention.Developing people, processes, and systems to enable Sprinklr to scale to an excess of $1B USD.Partner with the APJ executive team to develop and support the delivery of annual operating plans.Develop robust metrics that communicate the performance of the group across multiple dimensions to different stakeholders.Identify, recruit, incent and retain best-in-class talent to ensure future succession planning.
