What You'll Do Inspire Excellence & Lead with Vision: Bring forth your leadership acumen, steering the team toward unparalleled service delivery, operational solidity, and enduring success in the high-net-worth insurance division. Drive the team with unwavering commitment, spurring service excellence and an insatiable desire to delight our esteemed clientele. Drive Growth: Oversee organic growth and achievement of new business targets, developing actionable plans and robust business cases. Client Management: Maintain agility and consistency while exhibiting a high sense of urgency in managing relationships with Private Clientele, and adapting to a dynamic environment. Financial Oversight: Report to the SVP of Personal Insurance, managing Accounts Receivables, analyzing P&L statements, Production reports, and monthly financials to identify gaps and opportunities. Forge Influential Relationships: Cultivate and deepen relationships with our high-net-worth insurers, driving the essence of our brand into new partnerships and opportunities. Strategic Networking & Opportunity Seizing : Propel new opportunities by leveraging strategic networking and refined cross-selling within Hub's diverse divisions, fuelling our continuous journey of growth and excellence. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement continuous improvements in workflows and best practices to maintain a best-in-class environment. What You'll Need for Success Previous experience in managing people is essential Minimum of 5 years of experience in private client insurance with a thorough understanding of diverse policies and current market trends; preferably in a brokerage environment Proven experience with High Net Worth insurers and familiarity with market trends is crucial Possession of a solid network and a center of influence within the industry Strong skills in time, organizational, and client management. Previous sales experience is required A team-oriented individual with proven leadership and coaching abilities A proactive and customer-focused mindset Demonstrated ability to take robust initiative and follow up efficiently Proficient in MS Office and experience with Epic or a similar insurance broker management system Why Choose HUB?
