The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President, People Analytics will drive business performance by applying data-rich information and innovative science and technology. This role will build and maintain consultative relationships within our Employee Experience (EX) team and key partners across the business and Finance to identify and address the strategic high-impact opportunities for Adobe's people strategy. The successful leader will thrive in a data-driven environment where they are responsible for building the foundations and future of Employee Experience through the People Analytics function.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and delivery of a transformational global people analytics strategy, and influence people strategies across EX and Adobe through people analytics.
Provide analytics and insights to support understanding and inform strategic decisions, policy adoption across markets, employee segmentation, working patterns, and effectiveness.
Responsible for all aspects of people data and analytics including data governance, reporting & dashboards, employee surveying and sentiment analysis, predictive modeling.
Partner closely between Finance, Employee Experience, and the business to drive integrated and strategic workforce planning.
Cultivate an analytics culture by communicating the value of people analytics to the broader EX and executive communities and by contributing to other analytics functions across Adobe.
Ensure that HR data is accessible, accurate, and reliable to support HR and business decisions, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain HR technology solutions to support data analysis and reporting. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and forward-thinking practices in people analytics from teams across Adobe to create holistic insights.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $0 -- $0 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
