DaVita Integrated Kidney Care is currently seeking a Vice President of the IKCOperations Support. This individual will be a member of the core leadershipteam and will report directly to the Group Vice President, Integrated KidneyCare.
The Vice President of the IKC Operations Support will have accountability forleading the operating functions to ensure the overarching success of IKCprograms.
This teammate will be responsible for supporting the development of thebusiness strategy, engaging with partners, aggregating and synthesizinganalysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drivestrategic planning and execution, organizing management processes,business communications, and supporting teammate engagement. This teammatewill operate on a national level, working with central business functionsand operating teams across the country. This teammate will also be thebusiness partner to advanced practitioner organizations to further theclinical impact on patients through those partnerships.

The Vice President of Operations Support for Integrated Kidney Care will helpguide business development and operations to new levels of growth andperformance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Organize IKC ops support team efforts and collaboration across lanesLead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitormetrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations forsenior leadershipCollaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize resultsWork across operational and innovation teams to advance best in classcapabilities in the marketHighlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, thenimplement solutionsPrepare and participate in monthly operating reviewsSupport internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver keymessagesTravel required: up to 25%
QualificationsBachelors required, MBA highly preferredPrior experience as VP of Strategy, General Manager, Operations Leaders,or similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives or prior experiencewithin healthcare or financial operations leadership.Experience leading the following:Design, implementation, & administration of operating strategies,operating models, governance models, and service delivery models desiredContinuous improvement processes & initiativesIdeation & innovation processes & developmentBudget administrationDemonstrated track record in the following:Strategic thinkingInfluencing others to achieve objectivesResourcefulness-the ability to find and implement effective solutions despitetime or resource constraintsIntegrity; must be viewed as highly trustworthy and able to keep mattersconfidentialHandling matters proactively and expeditiously, following through oninitiatives & projects to successful completionHandling confidential and sensitive information with discretionJudgment and decision-making ability--must know when and how to"push-back" on decisions and how to make tough calls to keep work movingforward

Salary/ Wage Range$175,000.00-$285,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
