Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
20 years of experience in advertising sales, account management, or client services, including 10 years in people management.
Experience in direct sales people management, specifically building, scaling, and leading sales teams with quota responsibilities.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and management globally.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience directly managing Directors, large annual sales goals, and market engagement with customer C-suites.
Experience effectively leading through transitional periods of growth, disruption, or uncertainty to bring needed change.
Experience attaining goals and mobilizing teams to execute results in a people-centric way, while balancing a direct operational approach in a lean environment.
Ability to hire, motivate, retain, and develop leaders to build strong, diverse, and inclusive teams.
Ability to use benchmarks and performance metrics to track progress, while focusing on impact.
Excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and data analysis and synthesis skills.
As Vice President of US Mid Market Sales (MMS), you will lead, define, and guide sales engagement for a high value growth segment of US advertisers/customer base focused on lead generation. The US MMS Lead Generation Sales teams are focused on providing scaled solutions to our customers that solve their marketing challenges and provide insight into their marketplace opportunity.
You will lead a growing, fast-paced business with a team of 300+ high performing Sales Managers and Sales professionals across offices in the US. Your knowledge of the overall business landscape and online advertising media segment, combined with your sales and analytical abilities, will enable you to create a long-term US MMS Lead Generation strategy to best partner with advertisers. You will motivate and inspire your teams to reach for and exceed ambitious business goals, while also holding them accountable to executing your strategy. You will also help formulate the GCS Americas strategy for the US MMS Lead Generation segment in coordination with Strategy and Operations teams, helping the organization achieve its business plans.
As Vice President, you will identify, attract, and hire talent, and create onboarding processes to set them up for success in the organization. The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
